Return and Refund Policy

Kemunna operates a strict non-returnable and non-refundable policy for all items that have been shipped by the courier. By completing a purchase with us, you agree that all sales are final and that items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances unless otherwise stated on this page.

1.1 Defective or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt at contact@kemunna.com. We will review the claim and, if valid, will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

1.3 Return Period

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging. Items are only eligible for return within this period if damaged or defective.

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

1.5 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and intimate apparel). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.6 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the request was approved within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
